The organization of AITEMIN is based on the following structure:

Made up of all the associates of AITEMIN. This is the supreme governing body, which holds annual ordinary meetings.

Made up of the human and material means for carrying out the activities, in accordance with a structure that consists of Management, Sub-management, various Departments, and different Areas distributed among the Departments. The current staff is made up of a wide range of professionals, including engineers, geologists, chemists, architects, etc., together with skilled technicians.
