TUNNEL SAFETY TESTING, S.A.

AITEMIN has participated in the creation of the firm TUNNEL SAFETY TESTING, S.A. (TST), a company established in Asturias in September 2005 for the operation of the experimental facilities that the Barredo Foundation has built in San Pedro de Anes (Siero). The activities carried out at this site include large scale tunnel fire testing, and high-temperature tests of fans.

Other partners in the TST company are several industrial and consultancy firms from Asturias and Madrid. There is also a participation of SRP, a venture capital firm of the Asturias regional government. Currently AITEMIN holds a share of 20 % in TST, and occupies the Managing Direction of the firm.
