Activity:  CENIT-CO2
Descripción:  The Global objective of the CENIT-CO2 project directed by ENDESA is to research, develop and validate new knowledge and integrated solutions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. AITEMIN works as a subcontractor of ENDESA, and its activity is focused on the aspects related to CO2 storage in geological formations.

Activity:  The Multidimensional City
Descripción:  The general objective of the project is to develop new technologies associated to the building and utilization of underground spaces to promote their utilization in urban environments. A total of 24 Spanish companies and entities participate in this project coordinated by DRAGADOS. The role of AITEMIN in this project is to cover various aspects related to the data transmission system, energy, fire safety and personnel training.

Activity:  Automatic microscopic analysis of coal blends
Descripción:  Development of an automatic system for the microscopic analysis of coal, that will enable to carry out the petrographic analysis of coal blends in power plants.

Activity:  Development of bioclimatic constructions
Descripción:  Development of new, improved-efficiency building systems by combining ceramic pieces and phase-change heat accumulators.

Activity:  Computerisation of administrative processing for wind parks
Descripción:  Computerization of the administrative processing of strategic wind plans and individual wind parks in Castilla - La Mancha

Activity:  Automatic analysis of coal macerals
Descripción:  Design and development an automatic system for petrographic analysis of coals blended for thermal power plants. It uses image processing from a microscope and an expert system.
